The Breathing Space Collaborative Mentorship Program

For Yoga teachers, therapists,  or coaches interested in deepening their  practice and/or elevating their teaching.

This unique course consists of 6 consecutive monthly, two-hour private sessions (scheduled at your convenience). The program is designed to sharpen your existing skills, fill any gaps in your knowledge base, and expose you to new Yoga/Coaching tools and cutting-edge Positive Psychology interventions.

Together, you and I will create a highly individualized curriculum from the Tools for Transformation chart (see below). This one-of-a-kind program will be deeply collaborative. Specifically, your studies will weave whatever topics you are passionate about learning with the life skills essential for experiencing profound, sustainable gratification and/or becoming an effective, if not extraordinary wellness practitioner. Upon completion, you will receive a Mentorship Certificate which can be applied to the 10 Continuing Education Contact Hours required to maintain your standing with Yoga Alliance. The cost is $150 per session.
