Respect for Individual  
  Although Yoga’s teachings are universal, its core principle is that no two people are exactly alike. Therefore, for Yoga to be truly effective at the deepest level, it must be modified to suit each individual’s conditions, needs, strengths and weaknesses. Whether studying privately, in group classes or any other educational context, at Breathing Space yoga, our primary goal is to choose only those tools and techniques, which are appropriate to each student. These are to be adapted and applied on an individual basis in the way that will best help the student to achieve their goals with stability and comfort.
